About Alexandra

Alexandra studied law at Leibniz University Hannover in Germany. After working for two years as a research associate at the Institut für Prozess- und Anwaltsrecht in Hannover, she completed her Referendariat (legal traineeship) at the Oberlandesgericht in Celle. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2019. Alexandra gained experience at BRANDI Rechtsanwälte, a mid-sized law firm in Hannover, where she handled cases in the field of (international) commercial law and corporate law, among others.

In 2020, Alexandra moved to the Netherlands, where she worked for a considerable period at DLA Piper in Amsterdam. There, she was involved in, among other things, international arbitration and M&A. From 2023 onwards, she headed the legal department of the German-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Brussels. Since April 2026, she has been affiliated with AMS Advocaten as a Rechtsanwältin.

Specialisation

Alexandra advises and litigates on commercial contracts in an international context. She primarily focuses on international commercial law and the law of obligations. She also has specific knowledge and experience in (international) arbitration and M&A.

German desk

Alexandra is co-responsible for the German Desk at AMS Advocaten and, in that capacity, assists German-speaking clients with comprehensive legal support.

Alexandra is fluent in Dutch, German, and English.
