Corporate litigation: a specialism in itself

Proceedings concerning corporate matters are also referred to as corporate litigation. While many other proceedings are possible, the inquiry procedure is by far the most important in this field. Our corporate law solicitors have extensive experience with it. For example, AMS has recently assisted clients on several occasions in requests for an inquiry and provisional measures (see, for example, ECLI:NL:RBNHO:2021:9604 and ECLI:NL:GHAMS:2019:4712) and has successfully represented a minority shareholder in a compulsory buyout procedure under Article 2:201a BW (ECLI:NL:GHAMS:2017:1871).
