Articles of Association
. For a Dutch company this has to be a place in the Netherlands.

A company may conduct its business elsewhere. The registered office serves as the formal domicile. In order to move a registered office to another place, the articles of associations need to be amended accordingly. The amendment  of the articles of association must be registered in the Dutch Commercial Register.
